Southern Horizon Advisory provides bespoke advisory and concierge services. We are not a registered financial or legal services provider. We operate as a facilitator and project manager, engaging with licensed and regulated partners (e.g., law firms, real estate agencies) on your behalf as required.

All information shared with Southern Horizon Advisory is treated as strictly confidential. We will enter into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the outset of any substantive engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of our direct services. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or advice of third-party partners we engage on your behalf. While we conduct due diligence on our partners, the ultimate contractual relationship for regulated services may be between you and the third-party provider.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
